Before you download the Orderform or Creadit Application , please read and agree the following information.

Minimum order:

Minimum Opening Order: $100.00

Minimum Re-Order: $100.00

Open Terms:
2% - 10 days, Net 30. If an open account is requested, please submit six active trade references and one bank reference.
Please include account numbers, contact person and owner or officer's signature.
Allow 2-4 weeks for approval.

C.O.D. Orders:
Customer pays freight and C.O.D. charge. Initial order is C.O.D, cash, money order or certified cheque, unless a credit application is on file or the credit manager approves the cheque.

Finance Charge:
A finance charge of 2% per month, 18% per annum will be made on any unpaid balance over 30 days past due.

N.S.F. Cheques:
All cheques returned by our bank as unpaid will incur a $25.00 service charge. Merchandise remains the property of Great In International Inc, until the purchase price is paid in full.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped Canada Post or by CANPAR unless specified otherwise. Customer is responsible for freight charges on all refused shipments.

Delivery:
Allow 3-7 business days for shipment of order once credit has been approved.

Back Orders:
Any Back Order under $10.00 will be cancelled, except pre-paid orders, which will be shipped as soon as available.

Returns:
Call us for an exchange only.

Claims:
Any claims for damages or shortages in shipment MUST BE REPORTED to us WITHIN FIVE (6) DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT. If a container is noticeably damaged, please file a claim immediately with carrier and retain the box and contents.CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ONLY WHEN MERCHANDISE IS RETURNED AS AUTHORIZED AND WITH ADEQUATE PACKAGINHG TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE.

Great In International Inc. will take full responsibility for legitimate claims made within these policy guidelines.

It is Great In International Inc' s policy to carefully place accounts geographically and demographically to maintain the uniqueness of its representation. New accounts are subject to screening and approval by our local sales representative, as well as our home office.
